Committee Application Form

Please complete the form below to submit your application to run for election for the SUES committee 2018-19. If you wish to apply for multiple positions, please submit a separate form for each position you wish to be considered for. Please note: The roles of President and Vice President are open only to members who have served at least 6 months on committee, in line with our constitution. 

The positions Chairman and President are not open for application online because these positions must be elected from those who have served a minimum of 6 months on the committee. For those this applies to, please contact the current President of SUES for further information.
